1. Overview By accessing or purchasing from Scrambled Eggs ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Eligibility By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

3. Products All products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Product colours may vary slightly due to monitor display settings. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. Orders & Cancellations By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Once an order is submitted and sent to our fulfillment partner, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery We ship to Canada and internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing. We are required by law to declare the full value of shipments on customs forms and cannot mark orders as gifts.

8. Refunds & Replacements Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will send a replacement at no charge.

9. Intellectual Property All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the property of Scrambled Eggs and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. User Conduct You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful or offensive content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scrambled Eggs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Such images do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or binding representation of the final product. Scrambled Eggs expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on AI-generated imagery. Actual products, including but not limited to colour, texture, fit, print placement, and design detail, may differ materially from what is depicted. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully prior to purchase.
